Hope2Change Certification Criteria for Hope Camp Guides

Objective:

To establish a structured certification program that ensures Hope Camp Guides are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to facilitate transformational experiences along the Hope2Change Trail. This program emphasizes the duality of individual and organizational change, grounded in the Egbert 10 Trail Markers for Change, and integrates principles of Holistic Organizational Performance and Experience (HOPE²).

Certification Levels:

  1. Hope Trail Guide (Level 1): Foundational understanding of Hope2Change principles, 10 Trail Markers, and basic facilitation skills.
     
  2. Hope Bridge Builder (Level 2): Advanced application of Hope2Change frameworks in guiding individuals and groups across transformative experiences.
     
  3. Hope Guild Master (Level 3): Mastery in organizational transformation, leadership development, and systemic hope activation across communities and enterprises.
     

Core Competencies:

  1. Conceptual Understanding:
     
    • Deep knowledge of Hope2Change philosophy, 10 Trail Markers, and HOPE² Model.
       
    • Mastery of Monroe’s Motivated Sequence as a communication and engagement framework.
       
    • Application of Structure Intention Theory (SIT) to identify and unlock potential within systems.
       

  1. Facilitation Skills:
     
    • Ability to guide individuals and groups through structured hope-driven sessions.
       
    • Proficiency in leading reflective exercises, journaling prompts, and group dialogue.
       
    • Techniques for cultivating psychological safety and trust in diverse settings.
       

  1. Change Navigation:
     
    • Understanding of duality in individual and organizational change.
       
    • Skills in identifying current markers along the Hope Trail and strategizing pathways forward.
       
    • Conflict resolution and adaptive resilience in the face of disruption.
       

  1. Assessment & Evaluation:
     
    • Capability to measure progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the 10 Trail Markers.
       
    • Use of reflective assessments and narrative storytelling
